  • Where are your jams made?

    All of our jams are handmade in small batches right here in York, Pennsylvania. We use real fruit, natural ingredients, and absolutely no shortcuts. Every jar is crafted with care, a little sass, and a whole lot of flavor love—from our kitchen to yours.

  • Do you ship nationwide?

    Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Whether you're in a big city or a cozy small town, our jams will find their way to your doorstep.
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Once you place your order, we aim to process and pack it within 2–3 business days. From there, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
    You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your jam ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

  • Can I return or exchange my jam?

    Because our jams are food products, we aren’t able to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to snuff, please email us within 7 days at hello@sassysjams.com with a photo and description—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

  • How long will my jam last?

    Unopened: Up to 12 months in a cool, dry place.

    Opened: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4–6 weeks for the freshest flavor.

  • Are your jams vegan and gluten-free?

    Yes and yes! All of our jams are 100% plant-based and naturally gluten-free.
    We keep things simple—no animal products, no weird additives, just real fruit and bold flavor.

  • Can I find Sassy’s Jams in stores or at farmers markets?

    We’re actively working on getting into local stores and markets around York, PA.
